I'm getting angry. I don't know if it has ever been attained, but if it has, could someone just reassure me? I've got everything in the game done except that. I'm also getting Cloud's stats really high. his speed and one of the others are over 450. He's really, really good.

Chocobuckle can be attained by using Manipulate on a Chocobo... I think.

Go to Mideel (I dont think u HAVE to go here, but I always do) and get into a battle with a chocobo, you might wanna feed the chocobo some greens to keep it occupied, then use L4 Suicide on it. It'll use Chocobuckle on the character that cast L4 suicide.

Ok I tried using Lvl 4 suicide on a chocobo, but if it ever hits he just runs away. Is there a certain disc you have to be on or something like that?

I've always done it at the tracks in Mideel as well. Maybe it only works with chocobos in that area.

I believe it's because those chocobos are the only ones that have a level multiple of 4.

You can find Level 16 chocobos right by the ranch. They're the ones that appear with either two elephadunks or two levrikons.

I already tried on a chocobo that has a level that is a multiple of four, actually the ones around the chocobo ranch. I'm on disc one right now but I will just go to the debug room to get to a point in the game where I can get to Mideel and I will try there.

-- Ok I went to Mideel and I figured it out. You have to use Lvl 4 suicide on a chocobo that has a level thats a multiple of four while its eating some kind of greens. I used sylkis but it might work with other ones too.

I always just go by the chocobo ranch where the lv 16 chocobos are and use L4 suicide, then they use chocobuckle on me and I got it.

Speed can't exceed 255. And Chocobuckle is obtained by using L4 Suicide on Chocobos outside the Chocobo Farm or in Mideel.

It took me many tries to get Chocobuckle, so be patient. Oh, and run away about 9999 times in the meantime cuz if you don't it'll be useless when you finally do get it. (4 damage! Yay!)
