About 3 million. I had the A rank from first time in that Fishermans place until the end of the game. (my second play)

I had a few million. A high SeeD rank helps a little, but the best way to hoard cash is by refining Mesmerize Blades into some sort of potion (I forget exactly what), then selling them along using GF Tonberry's Sell-High ability. You get about 99 of the potions from only a few blades, and you can sell the lot for about a quarter of a million Gil:twocents:

I checked yeaterday and I saw this amont 2107186 Gil.

What I do is, defeat Mesmarizes and then turn Mesmerized Blade into Mega-Ptions and For each mega-potion they give ya a lot of money, and it's really a lot probably 5000 for 99 mega-potions 435000. And you raise your HP and experience!

I just keep myself at rank A. Other than that, since I have never played the Card Game, I just use Card Mod, and sell all the items I get. I had something around 4 million gil. all I remember though is getting money from SeeD and using Card Mod on cards like Bahamut and getting 99 MegaElixers, and selling 'em.

Yep A-Rank early in the game and go. Somewhere in my memory I even think I had come to a amount that it couldn't get higher. I always play games, without upgrading weapons or so, that I need to buy. Especially armoury and that kind of stuff I dislike. I use my money on Potions, Hi-Potions, Tents and Phoenix Downs. And that's it. Only in the end of the game, I go and buy the best weapons (or in this case upgrade them to the best weapon)

Yeh i never cared to be up in Rank, and the money never helped either... soo i'd say maybe 3-400,000 gil.

Yeh i shoulda taken the Rank more seriously it would have made the game easier...

I refine cottages and tents into megapotions and sell them. Currently I'm working on collecting str/mag/spr-ups, so I need a lot of money to refine them (100 power wrists/hypno crowns/giant rings etc. for each stat-up). If it's 1.5 mil a stat-up, and I can refine about 50 per session, that's 75 mil gil.

You can refine for as long as you want and profit as much as you want. How much money I have isn't a big deal to me.

Why do you need that much money? One would think that some mega
potions would be worth more than a few hundred thousand gil when
you already have like 1,000,000...what they hell do you guys spend it

I spend on potions, hi-potions, phonix down, tents, cottages, then I'll go to medicine up and get Potion+, Hi-Potions+ and so on and so on... But then I recover my money after it!

Spoiler: Card modded Bahamut for 100 megalixers, then re-sold them, then won his card back from Xu over and over again.

She has all the rare cards besides the ones from the queen of cards quest on the ragnarok? im on disk four and done just about everything there is to do.. well except being ground up by omega. i modded my gilgamesh card, and tried playing everyone on the ragnarok, but no one will cough up another gilgamesh for me... is there a specific person who has each card? i like to have all my cards.. call it an obsession. :rolleyes2

but yeah... i had about 4 mil at one point.. then did the girl thing and went SHOPPING. lots o' stat ups :D

Have you went trough the battle ship island + Deep sea research center? Have you got all the GFs? Anyone who have done that can beat Omega Weapon with ease!!!

well I jsut took the letter from edea and sold it and then got another from edea and sold it about 150,000 times...it took like 50 houurs lol, but I DONT HAVE A LIFE
