Irvine/kiros cards

Does anybody out there know where to get the Irvine and kiros cards??? I have collected all of the other characters and I can't find those two anywhere. Please help 'cos its really annoying me!

With some cards you have to lose certain cards to the Queen of Cards, talk to her painter relative in Dollet and then challenge other people across the world. You can win back the cards you've lost if you challenge the painter.
*whips out the old strat guide*
Lose MiniMog Card to the Queen, then challenge the man in black in Deling City. (Kiros)
Lose Sacred Card to the Queen, then challenge Flo at FH. (Irvine)

Thanks guys!!! It was really bugging me. All I have to deal with now is finding the queen- why does she always have to move cities!?

save before you play her then shuttle her between dollet and balamb it's random but she'll go there eventually just reset till she does.
