I got a chocobo how do i get a chocobo pocket thing to play the games???

The PocketStation is only sold in Japan. Unless you live there or know of someone who lives there who can get it for you, I think the only way to acquire one is to try to read Japanese well enough to order one off a Japanese site. Very rarely, they come up on eBay, like this one:

Whoa, Chocobo WORLD?! I think you mean Chocobo FOREST dude. You just go into the round forests and talk to the Chocobo Kid. There is no Chocobo World... and the mini game sucks horribly!

You can play the chocobo game on your computer if you buy the PC version of Final Fantasy VIII. It's pretty simple and addicting since it gives you loads of useful items for FFVIII.
