FTP Error

I'm trying to log onto carrotmaster.com to access my directory so I can delete and add some stuff but whenever I use CoreFTP to log in it freezes up. The I use Smart FTP and put in my designated username, password, and port number and I keep getting this log message:

Can somebody help me figure this out?

Your FTP client shouldn't be giving a SITE command. That much is certain. Try messing with the configurations of your client - set it to PASV (passive) mode or something.
