Ever break more than one at the same time?
What was the situation?
How badly did it hurt?

I've never broken any bones, but I think broken bone stories are interesting, since we learned about them in Biomedical Training.

Well I haven't broken any bones but I fractured two bones in my left foot when I was six. I was playing kickball at this little church that was holding a little summer activity type thing. Anyway the kid who was up kicked the ball and I ran to get it and my foot got stuck in a stupid prarie dog hole and twisted my foot.

I had my jaw "broken" in order to correct a severe over bite 4 years ago. I still remember the unpleasantry of waking up with my mouth wired shut, drinking tang, eating blended food, staring at the Pizza Hut outside of the hospital window, and getting injected with a steroid needle into my butt at 2:30 am. Good times....

How many bones have you broken?
One.
Ever break more than one at the same time? No.

What was the situation?I was two years old, exploring the house. Fell off a stool, and broke my arm.

How badly did it hurt?Don't remember, but I'd imagine it was just a bit uncomfortable. However, it wasn't diagnosed until a day or so later, when my parents saw that I was cradling that arm, not touching or using it.

I've broken my right wrist once, and it was a very uncomfortable experience.

Ever break more than one at the same time? Yes. Right collarbone, left shoulder and pelvic.
What was the situation? Motorcycle accident.
How badly did it hurt? It didn't hurt at all while I was in shock, but after that it hurt very, very, very much.

I've broken my foot bone, the one on the outside of the foot, whatever it's called. I was riding my bike down a flight of stairs at night. :p It hurt.

I think I may have broken my arm once, and my heart too many times.

My left wrist, age 10.

My right middle finger, age 11.

My radius and ulna in the right arm, age 13.

That's where the broken bones end. As for potentially life-threatening illnesses, well, that's for another thread.

I fell out of a tree and broke my arm when I was thirteen.

I've never broken anything else. There's time yet though, of course...

I've fractured my pinky once, when a guy kicked it (intending to kick a ball) during a football game. I was... 10?

Had quite a few accidents since, but nothing broken, cracked or fractured.

I've never broken a bone which is surprising the number of times I threw myself down a flight of concrete stairs on my bike... I should be dead. :D

To be honest, I'm not actually sure how many bones I've broken. I know that during the August 1999 (or was it 2000?) accident, I "lost" one bone and another one didn't break so much as it got ground away by the road. Does that count? I might have broken other bones at the time but I never really cared much, so long as they did a medical miracle on my leg and ankle so I could walk normally again. Which they did, so yay for that.

I've broken no bones. Surprising, because I'm always falling down and tripping down stairs.

Never knowingly broken a bone. I've had over 30 concussion, sprained/twisted/whatever else beside breaking both knees and ankles numerous times, damaged the left side of my neck so it doesn't have full movement, bruised ribs, bruised scaphoid bone (base of the thumb), pulled and torn a helluva lot of muscles and tendons/ligaments, but never a known break.

I've broken both of my small toes. I rammed one inot a wall, and the other I somehow did while jumping on a trampoline. Whithen two weeks of each other. It hurt, and I had to re-learn how to balance when I walk, 'cause now they both stick at really creepy-looking angles.

I've only had one clean break at the bottom of a leg bone. No big deal. I didn't even go to the hospital for a couple of days, but it wouldn't get smaller than a baseball so I finally went in and got a cast and such.

My friend has a bone disease and breaks bones often. This weekend he crushed his knuckle playing catch and has to get surgery on it. Ick!

When I was still working for the Mob a few years back, yeah, I've broken bones. Skull-fractures, knees, shoulders, you name it. Though I did specialise in the ol' drawer guillotine. Ah, the memories. They haunt me to this day.

On a side-note, this routine would work much better if Murder woulda done it.

I broke my tailbone last year when I fell down the stairs thanks to the fact they were covered in ice. It was so uncomfortable, I couldn't sit normally for at least two weeks. And even to this day, when it's too humid outside, it is still sensitive.

What was the situation? first I was playing basketball and landed on my ankle wrong and broke it.
The other time I was in a fight and broke my hand while punching the other kid.
How badly did it hurt? My ankle hurt bad but my hand didn't really. I might have been the fact that I was just in a fight so I had other things in my mind.

I broke my femur and two ribs in a car accident. It was 2 am (road trip) and my mom kept asking me if I was OK and I kept telling her that she was talking too loud and to let me sleep. She thought I was dying. I guess I almost was because I remember a lot of white smoke in the CT scan room. They had to stick a metal rod through my knee horizontally. I still have scars. I was 2 months late for 1st grade. At least I was young and healed quickly. I'm as good as new. I don't think I broke anything else. I hope I never do.

How many bones have you broken?

Broken: 1 (Left Arm)
Fractured: 2 (Right and Left arms)

Ever break more than one at the same time?

I broke my left arm in one bone and fractured the othe bone at the same time.

What was the situation?

I was jumping a fence, but messed up and fell six feet, landing so half my forearm went one way and half went the other.

How badly did it hurt?

It happened so fast, it didn't really hurt, unless I tried to move. THEN it hurt hecka bad.
