Rin's travel agency?(Final Fantasy X)

Anyone know where rins travel agency is and how to get there the quickest? thank you.

There are a bunch of travel agencies in the game, but I believe Rin's is the one located in the middle of the Mi'ihen Highroad north of Luca. Getting there fast really depends where you are in the game; if you have the airship, just highlight Mi'ihen Highroad on the List and it will drop you off there. However, if you haven't gotten that far yet (and for now I'm going to assume you haven't), then you really have no choice as to when you get there. Just keep following the path the game sets for you and it will lead you to it eventually.
