Correct.Sorry to take so long to answer.

The bus thing refers to Zell trying to penetrate the pandora wich goes to Tearīs point.

And Roger would say "Whatīs up DOC" .This was enough to find the answer.

He really looks like a flower but I will not explain the meaning of "Over the mountain" It will be fun to discover by yourself.(It will be an interesting and enigmatic discover).

Forces me to move across the sea,
just so my kin can do battle with me.

It sounds like Garden to me, specifically balamb...

at first it can't move-- locked in place,
then when the missile attacks start from Galbadia, which also has a garden making it kin,
it goes past the city of Balamb over the seas a short distance before crashing into F-H.
and of course later, you meet up with Galbadia Garden and they battle.

I'm one of those people who think too deeply to do real well with riddles, or in a manner that's not suited real well for them anyway.

Rubah, I'm pretty sure Balamb Garden is correct. Nice answer ;)
