Where is the 8th cactuar? Hes supposed to be somewhere in Mt. Gagazet. Something about a spring and 2 brothers. Help would be nice.

square_is_the_best, do you mean Erio? If so, go to Mt. Gagazet Prominence (look on the menu to check that you are in the right place) and Erio will be sitting in the snow near the cliff.
