talking trashcans

Yes, talking trash cans. We have a few of these in our malls food court, and they scare me! seriously, out of all the things...
Does anyone else have weird problemswith them as well? :tongue:

I think it's just hobos living in trash cans talking, rather than the cans themselves. They get a bit lonely and hungry sometimes, so you should talk to them and give them a sandwich, and maybe some money for some illegal booze.

I've never heard one actually SAY anything but the ones at my local mall have "Hi! I'm Ricky Recepticle! Please put trash in me and not on the ground!" or something very similar to that written on them. It's pretty funny because they don't make the thing look like a character or anything, it's just a generic dirty green trashcan except for the writing.

Talking trashcan means theres a hobo inside, or a super intelligant mouse.

The ones in the city near me have 'Only losers drop litter' written on them in bright purple text.

They took all the rubbish bins out of the local precinct cos they were worried about bombs.

lol i had a friens hide in a big wood trash can at school one time and when the janitor came real close to the trashcan my friend went and grabbed his arm....the janitor flipped out and punched the wood flap and hit my friend on his forehead...it was hilarious and videotaped

but that's my experience with trashcans....

No talking trashcans here, I have yet to come across one in a shopping centre. But, it's common chuck your mates in wheelie bins or jump in them yourself and talk to people walking by here :)
