So you know that song that plays when you start up the PS2 with FFX-2 in it, and the song that plays when you get an Episode Complete. I've seen in called several thing, all resembling "Eternity: Memory of Lightwaves" (also, Memory of Light and Wave, Memory of Wave and Light, ect ect.) Well I went to Luca Theatre on a New Game+ recently and the game calls the song "KUON: Memories of Waves and Light." So my question, what does KUON mean. Is it a word in another language? Is it referenced in the game somehow? Is it possibly an acronym since it's in all caps?

Thank you in advance.

- KUON is a Japanese word written in Romanji style and it means Eternity.
Romanji is a Japanese writing system in which words are written using the Roman alphabet. It can be used to write Japanese for foreigners and/or to write directly foreign words in a Japanese text. The other Japanese writing system are Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji and I'll just stop there before you'll have a headache ;)
