It’s huge country not accessible to real people only to their forms of pixels and curves. All FF and anime characters live in PixelGlamoured.

May this area (the blue colored) be Ukorimonia? Just whats left of the small river running through, the river being the border. Its going to be like a big amusement park state...kinda like the Las Vegas strip, but waaaaay better and the entire states that way. You have to go across the river to get there, and while alot of people actually live here, most of the people who are there are visiting from near surrounding states. We shall also have tons of shopping outlets, amusement parks, casinos, retaurants, theatres, gaming havens, and anything else you could want as far as entertainment goes (yes, even for you perverts...and a hentai theatre and super store compo constantly inhabited by Joel due to the preview before you purchase policy). We also have many other things planned and in progress...we're just still in the process of getting rights to the land first (though we've already built alot on it..doh).

Well, Uberpwnatia is too small to have its own military to protect it, so for human combat we will depend on the National Army. What exactly do you mean? Say you have a power of three. 3 dice are rolled. Say it comes out to 13. Your dragon will deal 13 damage, if you actually hit (the acuracy), unless the other dragon gurads it, which is also based on probability, in which case you will only do half damge rounded up. In this case 7.

NEW RULE IDEA TO IMPROVE DRAGON TOURNEY: Dragons may have an elemental attribute. These attributes are: Fire-Ice, Lightning-Water, Wind-Earth, Dark-Holy. Dragons recieve 1.5 power and guard multipliers when present in an arena which matches their attribute. Dragons recieve a .5 damage multiplier in arenas with opposing attributes. The town is secluded by a dome of stone. It has a few miles of forest from the only opening to the south and The town is some what small. The dome surrounding it has a small hole at the top letting in sunlight for the people's crops, and so that they can see. There is a young man in this town that is it's protector but know one realy cares for the Elfhume boy. The town is a Elf population and humans are enemies to these elfs. The Dragon in the land outside of their dome scares them all except for the young Elfhume.
