Bought a pair at Meripäivät some time ago, now I can rotate them with my off-hand splendidly, and somewhat with my right hand, too, widdershins and in reverse. It's in the thumb.

But let me tell you, these things are NOT therapeutic. Damn, I don't know what would happen if I'd do this for too long, but it would be painful.

They make a pretty sound, though. I wonder what it looks like inside.

Yeah, they do make a pretty sound. I can rotate them with my right hand pretty well, but not so much with my left hand. I don't see how they're theraputic though.

I used to have a pair, but I broke my balls. I got them in the Chinatown in SF.

Maybe they're supposed to be like those stress relief balls, but instead of squeezing, you rotate them?

The Chinese realized we were getting wise to Happy Meal toys and had to refine their approach.

try relaxing and doing it. let your hand naturally move the balls, and ignore te fact thatyou are doing anything, and jsut listen to the sound. maybe then they will be therapuetic. i used to have some but a fat girl broke them. i never used them for therapy though. actaully, i never used them for anything at all.

I'd probably grind them into tiny balls with the amount of worrying I do.

I'd probably grind them into tiny balls with the amount of worrying I do.An episode of Red Dwarf once used that exact gag. From 'stress balls' to 'ball bearings' in only 700 short years:D

I'm not changing my balls to a smaller set, they're tiny enough as it is.

And I think these balls come only in size, really.

But, I want to say, I rotate these things my with my left-hand almost unconsciously, so it's not that. These are supposed to release Chi, but instead they cause muscle fatigue and hurt.

I used to get in trouble for rolling them downstairs and trying to catch them and falling down.

Heeheehee...maybe they're scented. Have you tried sniffing them?? They could be secretly coated in suspicious oils...>.< Yeah, smell them.

Yes, I know. That's where I stole the gag from.
