Soon enough an admin will allow members to post their own threads in this forum. Please can each leader, once they have chosen a starting region and set a position for their starting town, post a thread. If the thread could start with the following information, that would be great.

Nation: The name of your nation.
Government: The type of government system.
Leader: Include titles such as 'president'.
Capital: The name of the capital of your nation. At the time you start your thread, this will be the only town you have.
Religion: How religion is viewed by the government.
Entrance: Do you allow anyone and everyone to join your country whenever they wish or do you wish to personally authorise travel through your country?
Exit: Do you allow anyone and everyone to leave your country whenever they wish or do you wish to personally authorise people leaving your country?

You can also feel free to include the following information:
National flag.
National animal/bird/plant/flower/etc.
Any laws.
If there is voting, let us know what they are.
Members of your population, and if applicable, their positions within your government.
Basically anything you want to let people know about your country. If anything seems a bit out of line (ie, technology), Proto or I should arrange for a God to smite you. Or something.

Please can no other threads be started for the time being. :)

Also, as for starting locations, all you need to do is post the name of your town and it's starting location into the Nations of Eizon thread. I think Proto will get a map going or something, although that's just an assumption. >_>

The details don't have to match those we posted in the sign-up thread, right? I can come up with something much better than that.

As a leader, you can change your details whenever you like, so long as you let us know if it's anything important.

sephx, yeah, we're all waiting on Mullet for now, at least. :) This is just for the (currently two) people who have already chosen their regions, and as soon as you have a region to put your starting town in you can start a thread too. =]

Ok, "Leaders", go to your User CP, and look for Group Memberships on the left, and apply for the Eizon Nation Leader rank - when either BoB/Proto approves of you, then you'll have access to create threads in this forum. If you're not meant to apply but you do anyway, then you'll just be ignored and nothing happens :p

EDIT: BoB, Proto: seems you can do approvals in the same place in the user CP, as well as kick people out of the group if they misbehave :D

Thanks clout. Are we able to invite/add people without their requests?

If by invite you mean PM/email, then sure :D

I don't think you can add people that haven't requested to join though, not thatI could see anyway, short of getting an admin to physically add them to the group :p

You're both in the group, you should be able to make your threads now (please wait if you haven't yet been able to select your starting region).

Haha, I guess it's because you're in the No EoEO for me group. :) If you see clout, bug him, because he's the one setting up the Eizon Nation Leaders sub-group.

Yeah, No EoEO is one of the rare groups that override secondary groups :p I'll have to go fix that :p

EDIT: Apparently, it seems Eizon leaders can also choose to enable a forum rank too, like Cid's Knights or Admins. Shall I leave that? :p Overseers can also pick too :p

Interesting.

Perhaps if we display our Leader ranks elsewhere in the forums, folk will become curious as to what that means and boost the popularity.

Take care all.
