Rate FFX

Such a popular game and I want it but lack a PS2. If I was going to pay all the money I want to hear the gamers voice!

chaos: It was pretty good. Yet nothing too great, or nothing near some of the best FF's. Still, the characters were pretty cool, graphicwise it was great!

Rubedo: But remember, graphics aren't everything. The storyline was actually a bit predictable, but still, very well done. So my final rating would probably be an 8/10. Not great, but certainly not a bad game.

I think ffx is an overall great game,heres why...


Graphics:9.8/10 These graphics are the best graphics ive ever seen in a final fantasy the only problem is that they seem very stiff at some times

Story:8/10 The story is somewhat predictible but overall i like the story alot, some parts are sad and others parts are very funny, the story is defenitly a plus in ffx

Sound:9/10 The sound and music in this ffx are extremely good and i especially like the music going in the opening fmv and when you fightbraskas final aeon


Gameplay:8.7/10 The game play in ffx is easy and fun, the leveling up system can really control how your characters develop in terms of attributes and abilities


Overall:9.1 Final Fantasy X is a great game that any ff fan should get. (just save up for the ps2)

I thought it was good only for the reason that it added some originality too the series but due to the unlikable characters, ridiculious cut-scenes and far too linear gameplay Id give it a 5/10, but thats just my opinion.

i'm suprised i haven't posted since i voted in da pole.

i would give it a......9/10. not the greates ff, but definitely one of my top favorites.mayb its me, but the linearity (hope dats a word!) didn't bother me at all. it was noticeable and it felt akward not wandering around in the "world", but it didn't bother me one bit! :D i don't think they have weak lead characters, i just think if they did a better voice acting job more ppl would warm up 2 the characters.

here is the bottom line.....first off it has graohics a million times better than the others (mainly becaseu it's on PS2 and not PS)

Second...the characters talk that is just awesome..no more reading..

also, the gameplay is pretty good..also awesome story line and the weapon system + switching characters during battle for more strategic gameplay...

overall 9/10

I didn't particularily care for the story or super linearity that lack of a world map facilitated. Still, on the whole it wasn't bad and was pretty fun, espcially using the sphere grid, playing blitzball, and navigating the cloister puzzles. I didn't like Tidus but I did like the other characters. Three stars ***
