Purchasing Elixirs

Ok, may sound stupid to most, but ehm.. I've check online to see what the contents of all shops were, and well.. I didn't see any Elixirs to my surprise. I kind of need them to get the +20%HP with my shield.. So where are they?

I just checked, and when I try to modify my shield or whatnot, there is no option to use HP+30%.. Soooo Im left here in tears.

i dont think you can by elixers or anything else that you need in custumizing equipment

You can customise HP+30% with one stamina tonic. If you catch one of every monster in Besaid the owner of the Monster Arena will breed Stratoavis and reward you with 99 Stamina Tonics. You will get the Stamina Tonics regardless of whether you fight Stratoavis or not, it's your reward for defeating all the fiends in Besaid. Remember to have a capture weapon attached.
