You can find all...well...many of the FF soundtracks at this store: Tokyo Sky Liner.

Try Suncoast, they seem to have a growning japanese section. And, hell, if they DON'T have it, you can buy pocky instead. Pocky's way better than FFX-2's OST anyway.

you can download all the OST on the EoFF main page :D

but if you want a physical copy...this sounds dorky, but id try game stop or at least Borders/Barnes & Nobles

Honestly, I think http://gamemusic.com is the best place to get FF soundtracks. Very few physical stores in the US carry the entire OSTs, and Game Music is a really safe bet if you're not comfortable ordering things on-line. You just fill out an order form, print it out, and send it in with a check, and they ship you the CDs. Very easy. And they have almost any FF CD you could ever want.

Just download the songs of Kazaa or Warez and burn into your fav mix CD. Whenever I burn a CD I always end it with a FF song. I have one consisting of battle freestyles with Jin that ends with the Faye Wong VIII song. Hahaha.
