FFX or FFX-2

That all depends on what you want to do. If you just want to play through to see the general story, then FFX-2 would take anywhere from 40-80 hours to play. If you want to see everything that there is to see, you would have to replay the game several time, and depending on how many times you play you could easily spend a good 200 hours playing it. For FFX, if you just want to see the story, it will take you a good 60-80 hours to play it. If you want to do all the sidequests, it will probably take you about 110-130 hours, and if you have the International version, you can tack on another 20-40 hours of leveling up if you want to defeat Penance. So it all depends on what you want to do.

40-80 hours for one time! i disagree. Even if you do everything.

Once you get a new game plus. But thats just replaying the game over again with all your stuff And % points.

My 100% In One Game game took me 88 hours to complete. And I did everything possible to do in one game in that game.

Did you max out all of your dresspheres?

SeeDRankLou

Yes, even the special dress spheres. But I didn't spend extra time doing that. It just kind of happened while I was going down the Via Infinito. The only small extra thing that took some of my time was oversouling every fiend in Spira to get The End GG. And that might have taken an additional two hours.

Iv got everything but gun mage(cause iv got to get blue magic), some garment grids and the special dresspheres cause i cant find a guide specific enough on how to get those items. like in besaid i got the locater thing but theres still no item by the waterfall.

The only thing I haven't done is fully explore the New Cave. I explored enough to Get Corpus Invictus, or whatever it is, but that's it. And Rin's Sphere.

Is corpus Ivictus the thing people use to do millions of points of damage with trigger happy?

Nah. It's either a Damage or Life limit breaking item for Full Throttle.

You're thinking of Cat's Nip.

And no. You can't replay unless you play through, and go through New Game+

i,d say ffX international is double the length of ffX-2. on ffX i have spent 230+ hours while on ffX-2 its 112 hours on 2 completations (so it could be alot less).

and u cant max stats on ffX-2 so thats a huge chunk of time you cant clock up on it.

i only rental FFX, but i would have to said it the longest. because it got alot of FMVs in the game, FFX-2 only got about 8 or 9.

how long is it?

Shadow_Talon

i've spent at least 138+ hours on ffx, still havent maxed the sphere grid yet, as for ffx-2 i'm on second time thru and 86hours. i'd have to say ffx-2 is longer if u have no idea wat ur doing,, or persist in getting every little thing possible, it's easier to miss things in ffx-2 than in ffx, purely for the fact u dont need some things to advance, whereas in ffx u kinda have to get most things. but the games generally even 'em selves out just depends on how far u wanna get

i say FINAL FANTASY X is longer 4 me def. X-2's easiness makes it simple and one time and the mission is done
