All the Hawaian gear does nothing special.

All it does is give you the chance for an additional challenge.
You see, equipping all of them reduces all defenses and evades to 0, as well as making you weak to every single element.

Try beating Ozma only wearing Hawaian gear!

But if you take off all clothes effect would be the same. So there's got to be some secret I think

Taking off all clothes would only reduce defences to zero.

It would not however make you weak to all elements. I think it was either the headgear or the Sandals that did that, still, equipping them all ensures you zero defences and all elem. weaknesses. Nothing else can do that.

There is not other secret to them.

An imp with the imp gear on is actually pretty decent. :)
