Although I'm not too fond of the game, I did like Saria or Sara or whatever her name was. She gets my vote. I don't know if it's the outfit or the hair. Probably the hair.

i guess, but the personality, and way they hold themselves can contribute to hott ness(as Snowman once informed me). though Maria is pretty nice in Amano's original sketches

Krile and Porom are both cute, but not "hot." Pixels aren't hot, but I'd have to say Rydia looks the best. :p
