The hard part is thinking of questions that aren't at Final Fantasy Classic.
I guess you can, if everybody promises not to go look up the answers... And if you really figured the stuff out before reading it on the net.

Anyway, Example:
Q: How many characters are in a party in FF1?
A: 4! My turn! What color is the Great Axe?

Etc.

So, I'll ask the first question.

In Final Fantasy (nes), what color is the Great Axe?

Note: If you don't like Final Fantasy (nes), tough. Don't participate. Until I get a PS1, I am officially racist against people who play Origins.

Origins is basically the same, I think

A: The color is blue

If my answer is right, read the spoiler

Q: What is Kary's name in the PS1 version? (Tough nuts Martyr)

Just my 2K.

Answer on the question from Grover is: Marilith (if I am correctly)

My question: If which town you can buy Flare and Holy??

Is it 17?
If I'm right (And I may not be, the level could be 21, but that sounds so high), I think my question will be...
Under what circumstance will you be able to run from Zombie Dragons?

----------
Note: I think the Great Axe was pink or reddish with a bit of purple. But it might have been blue too, now that i think a second time. Now I'm all confused. Bf. Whatever. At least I didn't have a chance to look like a fool by correcting you, in the event that I'm totally wrong.

No you both are wrong. It is 15. That is the first level where they can gain magic points.

Since Black Mage FF1 didnt post a question

Q: How do you get into the Mirage Tower?

Just my 2K.

Your avatar is making me feel like you're laughing at me for getting the answer wrong.
But 15, really? Who goes to class change before lv. 15? I guess I have. But, when Idid, I beat the game before level 15 too, so I never saw it.

Anyway, Grover, give BM FF1 his turn. Besides, that question isn't worth asking, the answer is integral to the game and, therefore, isn't really trivia. It's like asking a football fanatic the "trivia question" of how to complete a first down.

Yeah I have only got class change at a lower lvl then 15 once. Just to see.

Alright I will ask an easier question this time....

Q: How much EXP do you need to get to lvl 50?

Flashback007

Answer: you cannot get to level 150.

Question: Which is the rarest encoutered enemy in the game?

Question: Which is the rarest encoutered enemy in the game?

either WarMech or TRex

pretty sure its warmech (seeing as how he's got a 1/64 chance of spawning), but if i'm right someone else ask one, I can't think of any right now that aren't too obvious

Martyr

Neither. It's the Iron Golem.

I've seen T-Rex 3 times. Iron Golem once.

Triple T

Martyr, ask your question again.

Actually, the Iron Golem and TRex have the same encounter rate, it's just that few people fight on Tiamat's floor 2000 years ago for extended periods of time. Even if you go for the Masamune, you probably won't encounter more than ten fights or so. Warmech may have the same, although I kinda edited my original ROM's encounter rates, so none of my files has the correct number. What was really funny was when I went into Ice Cave and fought Warmech with a level 13 party. :P

As for the Zombie Dragon question, I assume it has something to do with thieves, and some type of magic. Or maybe just thieves. Or it also may be a trick question. I'm kind of leaning towards the third one, myself, because not even the game designers have patience enough to get a thief high enough to run from one of those things. I don't.

You can run from Zombie Dragons when they are accompanied with a WzVamp (Vampire Lord).

Here's a related question:

When can you run from WzSahag (Sahagin Prince)?

Dragonfire

i went back to an original ROM and found the following for the encounter question.

notice warmech battle is battle 56, then on the skypalace picture, battle 56 has a 1/64 chance to happen, making it the hardest (or tied for the highest, dunno yet about TRex and Iron Golem) to encounter.

^Yay for FFHackster^

A: When it is accompanied by 2 GrSHARKs

Q: (Very abstract, I know) How many boxes of dialogue does Garland have? ( I really couldn't think of anything good to write =\)

Dragonfire

All together, and also, if no one can answer/wants to answer feel free to simply post a new question.

I believe that it's 5 in total.

one in the beginning, three before the fight with Chaos starts, one afterwards

Could easily be mistaken though.

The thing about this thread is that anybody who wants can just grab the answer in Hackster.
(And about the "rarest enemy" thing, I have read that, technically, it is TRex; due to a CPU bug in the NES, you have to get step-count of 255 in order to run into one. It's certainly possible, as the 6502/2A03 is full of quirks, like the fact that unimplemented opcodes actually do things.)
