I decided to start a riddle thread in this section because i'm tired of all of the 'ffx sucks' 'no it doesn't' debates.

search the temples thoroughly,
from the beginning to the end,
defeat a swimming prison,
and I am your reward.

this shouldn't be too hard.

EDIT:UNMARKED SPOILERS AHEADyah, i guess it waz hard.sorri. :p tidus in kilika (after fighting the sinspawn) is asked by wakka if they have fiends in zanarkand. tidus says they do, but "it's a big deal when one shows up, tho"

and the "in a place where trends are the same, but used in different ways." is referring to the hymn of the fayth and the yevon prayer. in zanarkand, the hymn of the fayth is a childhood song, and the yevon prayer is the blitzball sign for victory. i'd just thot id answer why the answer is dream zanarkand if you didn't understand. now thinking about, that was really hard. my bad :D

They all have images/reminders of thainhs that have happened. Things that may have happened b4 someone died (in the case of zanarkand and the farplane), the pireflies in these places react to emotions and re-create images of the person's memories.

It's not really the thing that you fight that does the one liner, more it's....ack, this is very hard to do without giving it away.

Hmm. The "like spira is my speech line" could mean someone talking about the spiral of death, and "waiting two years" could mean....waiting two years. "Fleshy past" could mean that the person is unsent.

I thought the cloudy mirror was described as the heavenly mirror. The "Heavenly Mirror" being the celestial mirror. And because the cloudy mirror technically is the cloudy mirror (after being transformed), the the cloudy mirror cannot be the right answer.

I am 100% certain it is the Masamune, but SITB doesn't seem to remember the age-old riddle he made. So someone may as well post a new one.

Ohh... I know it's in the cave where you the Yojimbo fayth is. The valley cave I believe... or the Chamber of the stolen fayth. It looks kinda like a moogle, appears to be friendly at first... Appears in many other Final Fantasies, like VII you know the marsh in the deep cavern or the deep crater if you prefer. Am I on the right track? :confused:
