To get it I have to synthesize every item right? Well, some items that I have no idea where to get are mystery goo and uh.. something else. I was wondering if anyone had a list of where to get these items.

Non-attacking Heartless that are rarely found. They like to jump, so helping them stay in the air may bring good things.
Strategy This Heartless cannot be defeated.
When attacked it will jump into the air. You must strike it before it lands to receive EXP. The amount of EXP you receive depends on how many times you manage to strike it, without allowing it to touch the ground. If you manage to execute a long series of successful strikes you will also be rewarded items. The Rare Truffle will disappear after you have stricken it 100 times, or once it touches the ground.

You don't need to do that to get the synth items though. I've gotten the Ultima Weapon and I've NEVER managed to get more than 8 hits on a rare truffle.

Solution. Rather than Rare Truffles, White Mushrooms ALSO give Mystery Goos too. I forget the Arts you shoot for to get it, but I do recall that one being the easier one to get, actually.

The page that Pies linked to should tell you everything you need to know. The Truffles are easy once you get a rythym. Target them, hit, then jump, hit them again on their way down while you're still in the air, then jump again, and repeat. :D

I'll be the first to say that though Ultima Weapon is uglier than it is powerful, and it's pretty damn powerful.

The general consensus, as far as I know, is that it's fugly. I agree with the masses, obviously.

Kounetsu: Another 'where to find Mystery Goos' thread?

Ansem: Be nice, Kounetsu. Okay Kami, here's what you do: go to the pumpkin patch in Halloween Town. Keep exting and reentering until Black Fungi are walking around. Attack one of the large jack-o-lanterns and lift it up. Lock on to the nearest Black Fungus and throw. The Black Fungus will die instantly and drop 1000 munny and a Mystery Goo every time. Repeat as needed.
