Weird. I just got to this part in the Japanese version of the game.

In Japanese its called ちょっと背伸びパンツ. It's like "over trying a little panties". I guess the nuance is that she's only 16 and the underwear are too sexy for her or something.

I wonder why they translated it as Orthopedic. =P I guess there was no way to make ちょっと背伸びパンツ sound good in English so they decided to make a play on the fact that her boobs are too big and she has a bad back. Or that she's into karate and needs to keep her bones in shape or something. =P
