i can not find duncans house to get bum rush.

Duncan's house is in the WOR. Head east from Narshe and you should see five trees that make a "plus" sign, like this:

Walk onto the middle tree and it will take you to Duncan's house.

It is below a mountain range. and quite near narshe/T-Rex forest or something...it's around those island.
