In a battle, when you attack all your enemies at the same time, and the damage is enough to kill them all, sometimes one of them decides to die a second after the other ones. Why ?!

Probably just hte way the coding is done for the game. Nothing to worry over though.

I believe it has something to do with counterattack.

For example, in the Imperial Base near Doma Castle, you can fight 2 Templars and 2 Soldiers. If you use the Fire Dance blitz, you will kill them all, but the Templars will dissappear only a while after the soldiers, even when none of them counter the blitz attack.
