I bought a little box of those Listerine Strips. They're very yummy. What are your thoughts on these?

Have you ever tried to eat a lot of these at a time? A person I know accidently ate a whole lot of them, because they were stuck together, and they said they nearly threw up.

chaos: I've tried the spicier flavours of them and the normal flavours. I put the whole box of the flavour peppermint, or something like that, into my mouth. It's not that hard once you get used to it though.

Rubedo: But our thoughts on these are that they are great!

I want to try the Red Listerine strips. I think they're Cinnamon. :) And I think the tip to eating those is to take only half, so you don't burn your tongue.

I've tried them, but they're needlessly expensive, so I won't buy them regularly. I think this is one of those products that companies make on the assumption that everyone will buy them once, just to try them out. Kind of like Polo Holes. :rolleyes2

one time my ex and I were out somewhere and he had just smoked a joint so he had pasties :barf: which always grossed me out, so one time I had them and I asked him to open his mouth and I stuffed two into his mouth, and they stuck to the roof of his mouth and since his mouth was so dry he couldn't get them off to swallow them. They started to burn the roof of his mouth and he started gaging :p . It was really funny for me, but i felt bad and gave him some water. But I like them, the cinnamon ones are really awesome. :D

Way way way too strong for my taste. I can only use a fourth of a sheet.

I only brought them once because I dont want to pay money for something that disgusts me.

I've never tried them. My friends have and they've liked them. But, for me, if the mouthwash brings tears to my eyes I'm sure that the strips will kill me, so I won't be buying the strips. Ever.

I have some in my backpack. I'd rather have tic-tacs though, because those Listerine things BURN.

Yeah they do burn my mouth, i still like them cause they make my breath fresh but i'd rather get a pack of altoid strips.

They're awful. The Altoids brand ones are pretty good, though.

I steal the samples off of magazines. But my breath doesn't really need them, so I don't have to use them too often :upsidedow

I hate them. They're quite evil.

To say nothing of their performance as actual breath fresheners, I hate them because of their physical form. It's like eating tape. Disgusting.

I've had them a few years back when they first came out, y'know, it was something new so I thought I'd give it a go. Being as stupid and young as I was back then, I thought I'd put the whole packet of strips in my mouth, and needless to say, my breath was minty fresh for a long while afterward.

Nice for a refreshment. I haven't tried more than three at the same time.

I love them, I always have a pack on me. They work brilliantly, as I am one to eat spicy food, which does a number on your breathe. Also, they are quite effective at clearing out my sinuses, if I have a mild case. (If I have a bad case, that calls for Dentyne Ice: Arctic Chill.) When I used to smoke, they worked really well at making the smokey taste leave my mouth. All in all, a good product and easy and fast to take.

i think they are excellent. but yes, they are quite expensive in australia as someone already said. i find it cool thatg one little strip can practically burn a hole in your head, but thats what i like about them. the mouthwash a rarely get to use, but its so strong i dribble and thats after a spat the liquid out. the other day a saw a video of some guy actually DRINK a whole bottle of listerine (the one thats like 1 litre) and after he finished he looked like he was gonnna be sick. what an idiot, and it had some writing abouve the movie saying this should keep his breath fresh for the next year or so. it was so funny haha. actually i just found the addy here it is: http://216.23.169.22/Videos/Medium_WMP8/Listerine_Chug.wmv enjoy!! :D (this is a MUST watch)
