I like to do this every now and then when I'm too drunk to know any better. Usually nobody but RSL ever participates, but it's worth another shot.

The idea's to post MP3s of yourself singing, with or without the music in the background, as you prefer.

If you need hosting, let me know. You can send mp3s to me using yousendit.org to citizenbleys@gmail.org--I have lots of space--and I'll host them on Vesper.

Here's my current drunken offerings

Alice in Chains - Rooster (http://bleys.vespernet.org/mark-rooster.mp3)

I've never done that one publically before. It was Jessie Baxter/Morris's favorite song, so it'll always have a special place in my heart

Alice in Chains - Down in a Hole (http://bleys.vespernet.org/mark-downinahole.mp3)

That's my favorite song; Now that the guy who does Jam Night at my favorite tavern knows it, I sing it in public every week, drunker than I am now. It still sounds like shite when I listen to it, but Greg has never shut off my mic, so it can't be THAT bad...can it?

Stan Rogers - Barret's Privateers (http://bleys.vespernet.org/mark-privateers.mp3)

I did this one because I'm @#$@ stupid

That's in the same order I sang them after getting back from the bar, so theoretically I should be just a little less drunk each time.

I have never, no matter how drunk I've been, felt the need to sing.

You should all be thankful.

Perhaps you would settle for some explosives?

Usually I save my singing for Yahoo! voice conferences or the Battle of the Britneys that comes up once a year or two, but I suppose I can come up with something when I get home... feel free to make requests. D= But I'll only sing it if I actually know the song. Most of the songs I have and know can be found here (http://www.aiyon.com/keke/playlist.htm).

Queen Bohemian Rhapsody (http://www.carrotmaster.com/joel/br.mp3)

This song is especially close to my heart because the lyrics kinda sound like my life.

Dude, I have beer... in the closet, and a microphone for my computer...

I should do this!

When I actually feel like doing so.

Edit:
Done and <a href="http://s94602162.onlinehome.us/stuff/intergalactic.mp3">done</a>

I might work it up to do some MC Chris, seeing as how I quote him all the time during the day. We shall see.
