We all have that one soft spot for something we think couldn't possibly be any more delicious. The most perfect, fulfilling dish in the world. What you would consider "ambrosia." The only thing suitable to be eaten by the holy gods themselves. So, lets hear it.

For me, it's a hands down.
Hands down, a large beef dinner plate from "The Shabu-Shabu House" in Little Tokyo Los Angeles. This dish is nothing less than divine.

Isn't ambrosia nectar of the gods? Meaning liquid?

Anyway, my favourite DISH is steak. Failing that, it would be white chocolate brownie *spontaneously convulses in pleasure while thinking of it*

Shut your pie hole, PG.

My ambrosia is a pizza roll from Shogun. It's a California roll, with fish on top, then some goo that I don't know what it is, then blow torched. Its so good that if I eat more than one order I will puke.

Oh, I love dirty rice (a southern dish). It consists of wild rice, hot sausage, chopped chicken liver (where the name 'dirty' comes from), and a lot of spices. It's definitely my ambrosia.

No... That's the nectar of the gods.

Ambrosia roughly means "divine cuisine"

This type of sushi that my stepsisters ordered for me when I was in LA earlier this year...no idea what kind it was, but it was the best. :D

Hrmm.....you know, there's so many good foods out there, it's hard to choose just one. But if I absolutely had to...maybe belgian white chocolate. It's THE best, no joke. Either that, or raspberry ice cream, from Hagen Daz (sp?)---that stuff always goes like that *snaps*.

:D

My mom's North Indian cooking at home. Stacks of ghee-bhakri with bhindi masala, mug-ne-daal, patarvalia, and mango rus. (I don't know all the translations in English, but damn that stuff is good.)
