PSP toolbar dissapered

My toolbar for my psp 7 isnt showing up and i cant find it did i hit a button or something to hide it? anyone know how to get it back? i told shadow id get his sig done today and psp is pissing me off. I wish it was a guy so i could hit it and if it was a girl.........I would just insult her on her shoes and hair!

Isn't there a Reset Toolbars menu item like in normal programs that use toolbars? :p
