Fat chocobo

I have the choco/Mog summon but what is the fat chocobo summon never seen it. Where can i get it?

Fat chocobo is part of the Choco/Mog summon. Whenever you summon Choco/Mog you have a chance of the Fat Chocobo attack rather than the standard one where Mog and a chocobo rush the enemy. In the Fat Chocobo attack a giant fat chocobo falls on the enemy, basically sitting on the and crushing them.

doesn't it paralyse them too? yes it's rare, i'd say 1 in about 20 tries you might get it, maybe more, maybe less, that's my guess

And chances are you're not going to see it, because Choco/Mog is a really weak summon.

Choco/Mog is indeed a weak summon, but I used it to defeat that Wall enemie in the Temple of Acients when I first went true the game. Really great was that, cause I only had a summon Shiva, Bahamut and Choco/Mog. The Bahamut summon didn't work, Shiva only one time and Choco/Mog helped me. Yeah, that really was very close.

I am pretty sure it's a 1/16 chance of getting Fat Chocobo. It's funny but not laugh out loud funny.

1/16? My step brother gets it everytime in his file. He never saw Choco/mog stampede thing untill he saw me play. And im positive i used the choco/mog summon more then 16 times. Maybe its my file........

It's the same with my brother. I saw it once when I was watching him play but I never got it myself. I think you have to do something different when you're talking to the chocobos at the Ranch for the first time

No, it has nothing to do with how you get the chocobos or anything. Wheneer you summon Choco/Mog you have a chance of using the Fat Chocobo attack.

Don't all of the summon spells have an "alternate" animation/attack? Odin's is based on if you're fighting a single or multiple enemies (if I remember right), but I'm pretty sure there's more than one for each. Or maybe it's FF9 I'm thinking of.

Fat Chocobo is funny. I've never seen an obese Chocobo before that. :choc: Somebody fed it too many greens I guess.

Choco/Mog and Odin are the only two I know of that have different versions. Also, I've noticed that you mainly get Gun Lance when you're fighting bosses or strong enemies that immune to his instant death.

P.S. I think Gun Lance is what it's called. It's the one where he throws his spear in the sky.

I've seen it, it's pretty funny. It looks like the fat chocobo from 'Chocobo Racing' on PSone.

yeah he only uses his damage attack, not instant kill, on bosses. think about it for a second......................................................................it'd b to ez if he did an instant kill on a boss

Choco/Mog is useful early on as an attack all enemies spell for a cheap mp cost. I've gotten the fat chocobo a couple times, it's silly.

it is completely random when u get fat choco cus i have sat and repeatedly used choco/mog and every time have eventually got the fat choco

and yes odin uses gunge lance on bosses and death immune enemies but the main one on normal enimies

hah....it appears once in a blue moon. i've seen it just use choco/mog. that is where the fat chocobo lies...
