We replaced the switch with a router, but the router's setup doesn't have UPNP. Thinking that it has something to do with the 2002 firmware version installed, I downloaded the firmware upgrade. There were two versions, and I got them both. Running the utility, I clicked upgrade, only to watch it stay at 0%....
It says this at the bottom, if it means anything relevant:
NOTICE !!
- Currently, this Firmware Upgrade utility support only IE 5.0 and above.
- If the file dialog does not appear after pressing 'Browse' button, you should try to set lower security level in the 'Tools/Internet Options/Security/Internet&Local intranet/Custom Level/Java Custom Settings' of your browser.
