Narnia. (http://www.narniaweb.com/) In movie form! And yes, I realise that there was already that blasted awful BBC production about ten years ago, but oh well.

Yes! Im so excited about this, I check that site everyday. The girl who plays Lucy is so cute, especially compared that that ugly little kid who played her in the BBC ones (Susan was pretty in those, at least).
No more cartoon animals/enemiies! <3

I read those books as a kid. And once at Ashley's house. I woke her up because I turn the pages too loud. :(
But anyways, I will be seeing these movies.

No more cartoon animals/enemiies! <3They had to use a robot reindeer, as NZ customs wouldn't let them bring a live one in. However, it all looks pretty spiffy.
THey've been holding auditions for extras in my city; quite a lot of interest is resulting.

So I read. At least those look real. The BBC movies with Peter fighting the flying cartoon skulls and such... yuck.

The Robodeer is awesome. From the NZ Herald:

And DAMMIT, THEY SHOULD LOOK FOR EXTRAS HERE!
Why is Dave suddenly winning? ;_;
Umm...I saw a very cheap version of this along time ago that was crammed into 25 minutes and show on public access television.
Does that count? :D

Hmmm....
I loved the "first" book, The Magician's Nephew---I read it all in one sitting. But I read up to The Boy and his Horse, and stopped. That book I really didn't....care for. Sicne then, I haven't read the rest of the series.
But I might take a look at the movies...
:D

I used to read those all the time. Maybe I should see the movies.
