Which 80's movie is your favorite? (I hope this wasn't done already, if so, sorry)

Yeesh...there are so many...The Breakfast Club first comes to mind, but there are so many others. The Princess Bride is one of my favorite movies of all time; I know it might not be the "typical" 80's movie, such as The Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, etc, but it was wonderful nonetheless. The Neverending Story is another one of my favorites. The 80's were great, weren't they? *insert nostalgic sigh here*

Incidentally, this is my first post...

The Labyrinth, Breakfest Club and UHF are the big ones on my list of favourite 80's films.

I don't really remember seeing that many movies in the 80's.
Beeing that I wasn't born until 1987

But I do remember loving "The Never Ending Story", "The Karate Kid" and "Willow."

Johnny Depp was in Nightmare on Elm Street? I never saw the whole movie so I could be wrong, but I didn't think he was in it. Or did you mean Edward Scissorhands?

And yeah, GhostBusters was an 80's flick.

damn.... uh...*ponders*

All those crappy horror movies, Aliens (which was a SWEET horror movie), Bill and Ted movies, Top Gun, Ferris Buller (BRILLIANCE), (was silence of the Lambs 80's? brain fart...) and lastly, you have to count any movie with a machine gun in it. god knows there were a lot of them. a whole lot.

SCARFACE!!! wasn't scarface 80's? i'm positive iot was. If so, forget machine gun movies, scarface is the movie among all movies.
