Well just about to replay the epic ff7 so i decide to see how qucik i could beat this thing so i struggled through the game with a completion time of 15.34!! Ok i missed a few little things :p but what the hell i completed it really fast.

So... ?

How fast are YOU?

I'm not worried about the faster that i complete the game but I'm worried about having everything that I need to win.... In FF8 one day it appeared the time in red... and I had 100 hours of it...

With most RPGs now not just FFs its gotten to the point where I sometimes sit with an FAQ/Walkthrough first time through incase I miss anything. There's this awful trend nowadays to miss the most powerful items or skills early on because you didn't talk to that small girl who looked identical to all the other NPCs, but was slightly obscured by scenery so you didnt talk to her  Of course with such as FF7, which I know like the back of my hand, I can speed it simply because most of the time you spend on a first try is going down dead-ends, wasting time talking to unimportant people etc.

What I try to do is find a brief walkthrough for my first time which I refer to if I get completely stuck but refer to a fuller one when it gets to the 'now go off and find everything' bit. I remember I spent 120hrs on VIII the first time (how?) and 45 on VII, and I STILL didn't get everything.

I have played ... i think 8 files of ff7, and the fastest was around 20 hours, and the longest was about 80, so not too fast or slow either way.
But for ff9 i have beaten that in 10:35 and ff10 i have played for over 1000...
It really depends on the game, and how many times i feel like replaying it and see how good i can do.

It is in my International version ... basically 200 was spent maxing my sphere grid, about 200 for maxing my blitz team, and the rest is for getting everything else like beating pennance, getting all the sigils, etc.

*sigh*
There was some time in 2002 where there were no games, so i just basically spent all my time playing my best file, and ended up totally completing it. I was bored ... and it was a good game ... what can i say.

My best time for FFVII was 12.27. Bizzaro and Safer Sephiroth are quite hard sub-Lv 30...
