Yeah, Wakka's overdive is great, but you need his Celstial weapon don't you to get 12 x 99,999. But if you have the Magus sisters, and summon them in overdrive, they will defeat almost any opponent in one move (only the dark aeons and special bosses will survive the attack)

I don't think there's any real argument to be had here. Wakka is by far head and shoulders above the rest. Not only does his Overdrive do a tonne of damage but you get it REALLY early. Attack Reels can be obtained in your first voluntary Blitzball game so you can start using it as soon as you leave Luca.

I guess it depends on how powerful your characters are. For instance in a NSG game Rikku's is by far the best overdrive, but if you max your characters then wakka's is the best. (still no better than quick hit though because it doesnt get the celestial weapon damage bonus :( )

wakkas is the strongest but i find aurons to be really helpful. banishing blade is my favorite overdrive!

That also happens when you mix two of most special items; don't waste what can give you double AP, when it can be done with others.

u could possibly get an aeon two do overdrives in a row! if u kno how much damage aeons overdrives are than yuna def has the best one for me!

LOL, who needs a calculator to figure that out its just 100000*12-1*12=1200000-12=1,199,988. Of course you would do this in your head. ;)

at the moment i don't use overdrives because my standard attack is 99,999 so there isn't much point until i get BlitzAce :D but id have to say Yuna unlease we are talking about aeons too then it would be anima!!!! :love:

Heh, yeah. Everyone does 99,999 for me. Kimahri's Lancet does around 10,000 consistantly, and I can hit an elemental fiend with the element that does half damage for 99,999. Man I'm great :p

Lol show off!! nah iv got tidus kimarhri and yuna maxxed apart for their magic (dam Jumbo) and luck which is sitting on about 60. O and HP which is 20,000-30,000 :(

Heh, I actually took the time to max my Luck. It's completely useless, but it almost guarantees that: I steal an item everytime, always get Preemptive Strikes, always have critical strikes, etc... Took a good 100 some hours to get luck at 255; and it sure as hell wasn't worth my time, but there was nothing else to do.
