You get the ability to input a custom title in the profile section of your user cp eight months after you register.

When I joined I got mine then the bored got reset and I had to re-register and wait another 8 months so be glad that wont happen to you.

I don't remember when I got mine. I guess in February of 2002. I think I made it Mr. Encyclopedia for awhile, then changed it like a billion times within a month and a half period, then changed it back. It's really not that big of a deal.
