Queen Of Cards Is Picking On Me

This just isnt working...
Im on the third disk and Im trying out the queen of cards quest for the first time. But its getting out of hand.
Shes currently in Dollet, and shes requesting the MiniMog card... But how on earth can I give her the darn card if the rules are set to random?!?
I modded all the monster cards and Ive still wasted 3 hours of my life waiting for the random to toss out minimog... but it wont and prolly never will. Is there a way to banish random or get it out of the rules?? Its starting to make my eyebrow twitch. :irked:

Well you can try playing in Balamb Garden (plus making the CC quest) and keep on 'till the rules reset to thoseof disk 1. Then go to Dollet and hope for the best. OR you can give her a ton of Gil and she MAY abolish Random.

You sometimes meet a guy in Balamb (at the docks) who abolishes all special rules. So play him and go back to Dollet. Now play someone in Dollet and hope that "Random" is abolished here after the game (the challenge - you don't even have to start the game after challenging). If it is not just reset and try again.

However, on Disc 4 you don't have to do all that travelling and stuff to get her rare cards so I highly recommend to wait until then...

I´ve never seen this character that abolishes special rules in Balamb docks!!! Man, I´ve been living in a hole...
But I highly recomend to play with the hole CCGroup and then go for Queen Card in disc 4, she´s in Esthar Peninsula. You can get all the rare cards from her then: Irvine, Kiros, Doomtrain, Chubby(or Fat)Chocobo, Phoenix and... I think that´s all.
