Yeah, I came here looking for a place to discuss Final Fantasy, or maybe it was information. I'm not sure which.

Anyway, I wouldn't say that's why I come here any more. Until the release of FFXII there isn't really too much to talk about FF-wise, since every topic has been debated and re-debated at length. I come here for the general discussion, now. :)

Then I started posting in other FF forums. Then I discovered Eyes on Each Other and that's probably when I began my transition from FF-fan to EoFF-fan. It took me about a year or two to before I stopped my regular posting in the FF forums, though. I used to post in every single thread I could offer a tiny little thought on. Ah, Best Spammer. I went to FF8 posting and helping really. By the time I found EoFF I had pretty much spent 110 hours playing FF8. All I did back then was say 'omega weapon is so easy wtf stop using holy wars'

In the beginning, I just stayed in the gaming forums...and then slowly crawled my way over to GC, EoEo. I was way too afraid that everyone would bite my head off if I wandered in here. Eh heh..but..you know....it's not so bad.

HOOTERS was a member here at EoFF, and a legendary one. He will remain in our memories forever as one of the defining icons of this great place. However, he was banned for posting pr0n awhile back, and thus a part of EoFF was forever lost.

A very, very good friend of mine was constantly showing me the endless flow of convoluted and twisted grammar that she was always finding around here. I just had to see it for myself. You know, like a train wreck. I've only begun my exploration, but whenever I stumble across places rife with horrible spelling and overflowing ignorance, I feel as though it is practically my personal duty to share with others the glories of typing out one's words, capitalizing the starts of one's sentences, and ending one's complete thoughts with punctuation. Or perhaps even shedding some enlightenment upon those who are sadly so often trapped in self-imposed confusion. So I have come here... to find those poor individuals who cannot type "You," "Are," "See," "Any," "Too" or "To," or "One" when referring to an ambiguous target, and end up substituting U, R, C, NE, 2, and 1.
I come... as a missionary against the horrors of rampant netspeak.

I found EoFF while looking for a Kingdom Hearts walkthrough back in April or May. And then it became where I sent people if they had questions for 7 or 8 that I couldn't answer. But I only just joined the board about a week or two ago. By far the friendliest people of any FF board I've been on.

I originally came for Final Fantasy. Then I stuck around for the Writer's Corner. After that slowed down I swung on over to FFXI. I posted there and only there for about a year.

The stuff that keeps me here now is FFXI, FFXII, FFVII:AC, Kingdom Hearts, EoEO and GC. Mostly the last two.
