Wow halo was for nintendo?!? I guess nintendo can sue them if they own the rights to it. It would be so sweet if it came to gamecube instead of XboX. This may be a little of topic but i heard of a halo GameBoy game coming out.

Wait, that cartridge image could be fake.

Definitely a fake cartridge.

I'd say there's a better than 99% likelyhood that picture is fake. Especially since they go on to talk about how great it, and Punch Out, were with the NES network adapter.

Nah, I doubt it's fake, Nintendo can't sue a company without proper reason.

Maybe Nintendo's suing Microsoft for stealing Nintendo's computer ideas?

Funny stuff.

If this is true which it may be, I have something to say to my best friend and halo fanatic.

Edit: Look at the top of the cartridge on the label part. Does that look uneven to you guys? The shine looks a little uneven and cut off, possibly the result of a photoshoped pic.

Way to fall for it, newbies.

So you just believe something because some guy on a fourm posted it? I applaud you.

Wow, people actually fell for it (http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/nes/list_h.html).

It's a Photoshoped Hogan's Alley cartridge. Plain and simple. There were only so many light gun games produced for the NES.

Wow, I can't believe microsoft stole it, that's just terrible.

Now if you excuse me, I think I may go play Midtown Madness 3 on my PC Engine, or maybe Wind Waker on my 3DO, so hard to choose.

Maybe I would have believed that when Halo came out, but Halo 2 is already out and I've heard nothing of this until now. Nintendo has had more than enough time to sue them for Halo, it makes no sense that they would wait until now to sue Microsoft for that.

This thread is proof that people don't actually READ posts, and just press reply.

Halo was originally a PC RTS game... :D
How could you fall for something so obvious?
What's even worse, is if you scroll down about two inches on that page, it says: "Yes this thread was a joke thread..."
It's good for a laugh, though.

It looks extremely fake, and I never remember ever hearing about that.

I vote that it's 100% fake. ;p but still a good joke.

Yeah, I read this topic, but I came to the conclusion before I read the topic. ;)

You know what they say about assumption, and isn't it too true when the assumption is actually uncalled for and wrong.

A good rule of thumb is to never believe anything you find posted on some forum unless it has a link to an actual reputable site (like IGN or something) with the same info. That was obviously fake... I knew it before I even scrolled down to the part where they said it was fake. Haha. Good one, though.

Waitwait, you BELIEVE stuff IGN says?

A good rule of thumb is to not beleive a thread in a forum that STATES IN THE POST THAT IT IS A JOKE. Look towards the end people.

Of course! They always state if what they are posting is a rumor, a fact, or a maybe sort of thing... sometimes they do pull a fast one on April Fools, though, but that's it. A quite trustworthy site if you ask me.
