You wouldn't have to take it as dating, or serious dating. It's a ROLEPLAYING game afterall, so why not marry some of your LS friend, even a guy who plays mithra just for fun and be married? Just roleplaying, what this game is about and not seriously.

And answer to your question is - no, not married in this game nor am I planning, but who knows, maybe one day I will with good LS friend just for fun to arrange weddings, buying that dress thing etc. XD Tarutaru male marrying some other race but taru would be funny =)

I would never. I've seen people on my server roleplaying through the engagement with emotes and chatting on the /say channel about it and it's really just plain too wierd for me. I've also seen some of these same people "break up" and be very nasty to each other and/or heartbroken. I recall a time I was fishing off the cliff in Windy Woods and some guy had purposely let himself die of poison by the fountain in an attempt at describing as vividly as possible just how badly he didn't want to marry this other player he had been "engaged" to. She sat by his body and waited, casting raise on him several times. When other players would walk by she would shout rudely at her and throw a fit. At first I believed it was all for show until I got a tell from the guy assuring me that she was quite serious. When I told a couple others they actually went and sat on his corpse and started a conversation amongst themselves, ignoring her ranting and raving, until she went as far as trying to call a GM on them. One of the funniest things I've ever seen, for sure, but MAN that was creepy all the same.

Hah I am marrying to my boyfriend in real life actually on the game. Just for fun and to see what it's all about. Hah he is a Elvaan and I'm a Tarutaru female. It's quite sad sometimes. :p Sadly enough I am taller then him in real life :laugh:

An acquaintance of mine is engaged to another acquaintance of mine in real life. When North Americans were finally allowed to get married, those two were the first to get married on Midgardsormr. I was invited to the wedding, and, yeah, I went. It cost me a Teleport-Altep scroll for the bride.

The whole wedding seemed incredibly scripted, and almost like it wasn't those two talking. I found out later that when you're going to get married, the GM that's in charge of the ceremony makes both of the soon-to-be-newlyweds make macros from a script. It's just creepy when one minute the bride's like, "lol guys this is gonna be fun" to "I do cherish and honor my husband. I will stay with him forever. Please accept this ring as a token of our oath."

Hi my names Vaprice, Im about 6'7 ft. With black hair. I am an elvaan but am not stuck up.

I like nice moonwalks on the beach, not to be confused by moonlit walks. Nice dinners under the moonlight and the occasional dancing to the DDR soundtrack.

It sounds weird. I might do it for fun sometime but I hate when you see two people playing the game sitting on each others lap somewhere trying to be romantic, its corny. I alwyas go and sit on top of both of them, usually resulting in flames but occasionally "lols" and "xD".
