My cats are stoned

No, seriously. I made the mistake of giving them catnip and they've been going around like they're stoned. It's crazy.

Anyway, has anyone else here ever had any similar experiences with their pets?

Whenever I put the little bowl container down, Mink and Domino (Buyo) literally start fighting and hissing at each other. And after they both have some, the two are litterally (literally) jumping on and off the walls, couches and racing up the stairs. If I go downstairs and come back down, the chairs are all cattywompas

They;re wierd my cats are. Buyo does nothing but eat and sleep all day unless she has catnip, so for the sake of her health, she can sleep

My cousins cat is really really fat and they gave her catnip once, and she flipped out and ran all over the house...which was funny, because she's like a giant ball of fur. And she can't go very fast :D

Heres one, when I give my cat catnip he freaks out and runs outside and always comes back with a big friggin bird one time he came back with a baby California condor If you don't know what that is its a endangered species of bird, but for the most part he brings back crows.

My cat ate a crisp (potato chip) once. It was quite amusing.

She's not touched one since.

We had a cat which ate potato chips. Whenever she heard someone opening something plastic she practically fling herself on them. She liked Pringles the most.

She also liked chocolate spread but we stopped giving it to her just in case she died.

My kitties get very silly when they have catnip, and when autumn came, they became "intoxicated" by the autumn air, and when crazy. Also, whenever I come home from my classes, they get excited and go nuts. :D

well dunno if im the only 1 but once i smoked a spliff wid my catz in the room and they got a little stoned proper lazy and just fell asleep straight away lol

My ex's cat woke us up one morning while we were over at her mom's place, meowing and wailing at the door. We went up to go see what all the racket was about and sure enough, I kid you not, she had taken down and mauled a raccoon and brought the corpse home to make us happy. What does this have to do with catnip? We resolved from that moment that we never ever would give her any on the basis of fear.

My Cat gets stoned on Carpet. Give her a carpet and she'll be so cray for hours. We once used to come home and ever loose carpet would be in a ball cause she'd played with it for ages.

If I had a cat I would feed it catnip everyday.

We had a catnip plant in our backyard one day, and we woke up the next morning to find that our can had rolled in it and killed the plant. :p
