Whose song is The Otherworld/Zanarkand Blitzball Theme that plays in the beginning?

I read somewhere that it would be Rammstein's, but many R+ fans seem to disagree, and come to think of it, it doesn't really sound like Till anyways (he has really bad English pronounciation....)
