Actually this is more the definition of a "Loaded" poll

A Biased poll would be a poll in which the question was biased in context, (E.G. What do you think of those awesome Biased Polls that totally rule?)

I like biased polls. so long as they agree with my bias. then they're great.

but they usually don't. conservatives don't do polls. only liberals. or maybe the Land of Awesome People consists of mostly liberal people. darn tree huggers.

Most polls aren't biased, they're just not very well organized. It's like when someone makes a topic about the best ever music in a Final Fantasy game and gives you the option to choose from three tracks. :D It's not intentionally biased ... it's the fault of the member. But when I do see biased polls, I get angry! :P
