I need to know how much it costs to mail a PS2 game from here to Oklahoma, is ther a way to find out how much in stamps that would cost?

Yep. It's called a post office. Or you can go to www.usps.com and find out there too.

I don't have a scale on me, so I have know way to tell how much a PS2 case weighs with the disc and booklet inside.

Not most. Every post office weighs it for you. Just wait in line and there's a scale up at the desk. Or there can be an auto-post machine.
