There is this song called "Run at one million miles an hour". That song motivates me to work out as fast as I can.

Ya need a lot of sounds and beats so you can always keep rythym.
Techno and Industrial work best.
Pick up any best of 80s or 90s pop/dance cds or just click on NIN.

You do not need any kind of music to motivate you to workout, working out must be really boring for you then if you need music to do it with....so is this the section for the macho men or are we on about general exercise?

Well thats you. I bet most people here dont even workout, maybe pressing buttons on the game controller... :rolleyes2 And what do you mean by 'is this the section for the macho men or are we on about general exercise'? Do you have somthing against people who are physically active?

No, i'm very phisically active, i just hate people(beefcakes) who work out all their life & profess to be the big i am just because they have large muscles & no brain.

It worked for Stallone. But my personal favorite exercise songs would have to be, "Chicken Huntin'," (Slaughterhouse Remix) by the ICP and, "We Don't Die," by Twiztid.
