I plan on starting on a clean slate with this series.

In what order should I play the games.
I plan on playing:
Final Fantasy I-XI
Final Fantasy Tactics & Advance
Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest
Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles
Chrono series
Kingdom Hearts series
Final Fantasy X-2

I live in America so I can't legally play III. Also, include the different releases (Chronicles, Anthology, Origins)

personally, play 1-10 in order, that way u can notice the improvements a lot easier. it was hard for me to go from ix, to x, to vi.

theres no game to finish in xi, its all about getting ur kicks with your friends.

and i don't think mystic quest is worth time. the others you can go about at your own leisure(?)

some may tell u to play vii first. but i played vii for like 10 hours before i got hooked on ix, and well, i personally fell in love with both ix and x. you could play which ever 1 interests you the most, and then go in order, lol.

You should start with the system you like best. I'll leave it up to you to choose which systems .
From there :

Game Boy: DOS,Tactics Advanced , I'm leaving legends out of this
SNES: FF4, FF6, Chrono Trigger
Playstation: FF7, FF5, Xenogears, FF Tactics, FF9, FF2, FF8, Chrono Cross
PS2:FF10, FFX-2, Kingdom Hearts

Ahh, it's too much work. Just slap the salami and watch some South Park. You'll be fine.

Don't play FFs one by one. Play Chrono Cross and Kingdom Hearts between FFs. Change a game from time to time so that u won't get bored. It doesn't matter what order u play FFs, play that game which u want right in the moment. If u want laugh play FF9, if u want smth serious play FF7, if u want some mysteries play FF8. You just need play FF10 before 10-2, rest is up to you

I live in America so I can't legally play III
No, u can't but what's for internet? ;)
