Phantasy Star II

I'm playing this on my Genesis and I'm very stuck. I'm in that city where there is a guy telling me about a special tree that produces tons of oxygen, he says that if I bring him some of it's leaves he can make a special gum that allows me to breathe underwater. Is there any maps or something to this game?

I said I need MAPS. PSII for GFAQs can't tell their head from their feet.

Or you're too lazy to figure out a game on your own maybe?

Like the people who wrote those FAQs did.

Heck, you can't even be bothered to figure it out WITH help?

And for the record, all the PS2 FAQs are very good, if the game wasn't so damned boring I would have played it more.

But since you're too lazy to even look, try this :
"Upon talking to him, you'll learn that in order for him to complete his project, he needs a special leaf called the Maruera Leaf that grows on Uzo Island [...] Remember, Uzo Island is due west of Kueri. Walk up to the mountains and you will enter the actual dungeon area."

If that isn't simple enough, I don't know what is.
