I know how to invent stuff and alll ya ya thats fine. However, I don't know if or how I can make my people better besides the little item things. Is there anyway to make Fayt better at writing or smithiry ect.?

build up your effort first to need less sp for all skills. I havent played the game in a bit but you need to buy skills from a guild of some sort if i remember right
