Brilliant work, I sincerely hope that you find some way to express your artistic prowess in a way that you find both enjoyable and beneficial.

As for requests, I'd be most interested to see how you'd interpret Lindblum as it is first seen by the party on the cargo ship. I can only begin to imagine the colors and overlapping structures as well as the sun perhaps reflecting off of what I always perceived to be a clock of some sort.

Well I think it'd be inevitable anyway. Despite how many positive feedback comments one might get. The amount of effort and time spent on a peice of art... it just doesn't balance out. Not in my experience anyway. If he can't do it more for himself than anyone else, then yeah. The drive goes away after a while. It's cool We got some supremely excellent art before all was said and done. And for sure that won't be the end. Just going to be quite a bit longer hiatus. And the next peice will probably be more self-inspired than request-inspired. I would imagine anyway. Forgive me if I'm assuming to much. Like I said, the fireplace doesn't have to be from the game. It's not like there's much detail in the game anyway so it wouldn't really be all that useful. Plus I want a red brick fireplace because I want a solid red feel to the wallpaper. 'twould be nice. Must be nighttime, too. Pretty. :) I want Red XIII as a pet, only have him actually be a pet and not such a highly intelligent being. I love the design of him.

Despite the amount of requests already, and a slight feeling of guilt, I also would like to make a request. It would be from Illusion of Gaia, and would be either:
a) Will, Freedan, and Shadow
or
b) Shadow facing Dark Gaia.

I'll refrain from posting reference pictures until it's my time, if it comes. However, just remember that your never obligated to do any of this, and it it becomes more work than fun for you, it may not be best to continue. But in case you somehow manage to catch up, I would really love the scene from FFVII where sephiroth walks into the flames. we all know it. no big deal if it never happens, i'll just keep "oogling" over your art


As for requests, I'd be most interested to see how you'd interpret Lindblum as it is first seen by the party on the cargo ship. I can only begin to imagine the colors and overlapping structures as well as the sun perhaps reflecting off of what I always perceived to be a clock of some sort.
